Objective

To Apply Aquaritin Wastewater (AWW) for Plam oil Mill Effluent Treatment(Pond System).

Target

• Comply with Requirements standard for e.g. Effluent BOD3 less than 20 mg/L
• Power Consumption Energy Reduction on current treatment: 50 - 70% Reduction
• Preventing bad odor production (anoxic) at Aeration and Final Settling Pond

Terms & Conditions

• Trial period will be conducted within 60 days.
• If positive result achieve earlier than 60 days, NUAIM will inform client and stop the treatment.
• NUAIM have right to adjust the dosage or recommend necessary actions to optimum result.
• If the result is positive and success, NUAIM will suggest client to continue the treatment on yearly basis contract.

Method

To Apply Aquaritin Wastewater (AWW) .

Intensive Dosage

• To apply AWW on recommended interval basis for 60 days.
• Continue dosing until desired quality is achieved.
• Utilization of Aerators or Blowers will be recommended for optimum saving.

Monitor and Result

• Daily Monitoring of Physical Color of Effluent.
• Daily Monitoring of Odor
• Weekly Monitoring of BOD3 at discharge point
• Weekly Report (Sharing with client)
• Weekly Site visit
