Returns and Exchanges Bioritin does not accept returns once the goods are delivered. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange, subject to product availability.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are possible only if your address is serviceable by our logistics team.
- If the product was delivered with a free gift or promotional item, the exchange will be processed only upon the return of all associated items.
- Perishable goods, such as seeds and biological products, cannot be exchanged if the packaging is opened or damaged.

Refund Policy Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders in case of order cancellation due to:
- Product unavailability
- Logistical constraints
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Violation of our Terms of Use
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within the stipulated time:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.
