Description
What is Bioritin Sugar?
Bioritin Sugar is a blend of multiple consortium of highly acclimatized bacterial strains of aerobic and facultative microbes which used to degrade number of organic compounds from sugar effluent. These microbes are capable to give fast commissioning of ETP during seasonal sugarcane processing. Sugar mill contains high amount of production load, using large amount of water during sugarcane processing due to which its effluent contains floor washing waste, sugarcane juice, molasses, condensate water and glands of the pipeline that contribute large amount of suspended solid, organic matters, press mud and several air pollutants in its waste water with its high BOD, COD and TDS rapidly depletes available oxygen when discharge in the water bodies and have adverse effect on the aquatic life. Due to seasonal production sugar industry faces big challenge to achieve pollution control board norms and deliver high quality of work in less time with limited budget and operating cost. Sugar microbial strain offers easy, effective, economic and ecofriendly way to treat sugar industry effluent. These Bacteria rapidly secret enzymes that digest macromolecules and breakdown complex compounds like in glucose, sucrose, cellulose, fibrose solid and oil & grease into their simpler form.

How to Apply
Dosage:
- Mix 1 Kg Bioritin in 20 liters of water. (Ensure that water is chlorine free)
- After 30 minutes of dilution directly dose at inlet of tank. Stir it well before dosing.
- Dosing quantity and pattern depend upon waste water characteristics.
- Works best when used with Aquaritin Wastewater Plus.
Application:
- Apply evenly across the water surface under pressure (recommended 50 psi).
- For best results, apply in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid direct sunlight.
Frequency:
- Apply daily or weekly, as advised based on pollution levels and system requirements.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and flammable substances.
- Avoid freezing and keep sealed after opening to prevent contamination.
Precautions
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
- In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) during application.
- If adverse effects occur, seek immediate medical attention.
