Bioritin Textile (Bacteria For Textile) is used to breakdown complex compounds like starch, PVA, cellulose, lignin into simpler form in major textile industries of denims, cottons, polyester, yarns, silk, nylons, rayon’s, bleaching and dyeing etc. Bioritin Textile are single celled non-genetically engineered microorganisms that are very capable to work in Textile effluent due to acclimatization and fermentation. These microbes have the ability to work in high efficiency to reduce high COD & BOD along with natural colors as well of the effluents.

How to Apply

Dosage:

Mix 1 Kg Bioritin in 20 liters of water. (Ensure that water is chlorine free)
After 30 minutes of dilution directly dose at inlet of tank. Stir it well before dosing.
Dosing quantity and pattern depend upon waste water characteristics.
Works best when used with Aquaritin Wastewater Plus.

Application:

Apply evenly across the water surface under pressure (recommended 50 psi).
For best results, apply in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid direct sunlight.

Frequency:

Apply daily or weekly, as advised based on pollution levels and system requirements.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and flammable substances.
Avoid freezing and keep sealed after opening to prevent contamination.

Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
